If you and your spouse are thinking about visiting the French Polynesian Island, there are many different reasons as to why this destination is a great choice. You may have heard of a few things, but you and your significant other are not totally sold on the location yet. Well, after you see what else this destination can provide to you, you and your spouse will want to be on the next flight to the French Polynesian Island to begin your honeymoon early.

1.       Luxury Paul Gaugin Cruise. While honeymooning in the French Polynesian, you and your spouse can relax and enjoy a cruise to five of the islands in the French Polynesian. The islands that you will cruise include Bora Bora, Tahaa, Tahiti, Moorea, and Huahine. The five-star cruise can accommodate 330 people, and the fare is all-inclusive. This means that the fare you pay will cover meals, all drinks to include your alcoholic beverages and tips. You will spend a day picnicking on Tahaa and enjoy a night in Bora Bora where you can sightsee and shuttle to a private beach.

2.       Spending Time with Aquatic Creatures. You and your spouse can enjoy boat trips to the clear shallow waters of the lagoon to experience the aquatic life up-close and personal. Here you will be able to see stingrays and harmless black-tipped reef sharks that inhabit many of the waters surrounding all of the French Polynesian islands. If you are a couple that loves to dive or snorkel, this is the perfect opportunity to see what is below the surface in the beautiful waters of the French Polynesian. Shark feeding was banned a few years ago; however, the creatures are still blissfully unaware of the rules and have hopes of finding something to eat in the shallows. The creatures that inhabit the waters can also be found along the shores of the beach.

3.       Island Hopping in the French Polynesian. The French Polynesian is made up of 118 islands which are spread across 4 million square kilometers. 47 of the islands have airstrips and the best way to see these islands is with a month-long Air Tahiti Island pass. Here, you can go island hopping between islands of the same archipelago or connect two island groups together. There are a variety of passes that you and your spouse can purchase to ensure that your honeymoon is eventful and exciting. There are also ferries that will take you island hopping as well between several different islands.

4.       Jungle Tours. There are many different things to discover in the heart of the volcanic islands. Quad-bile tours in Moorea will allow you to travel over rough roads to the bays that are offered by the island. You can even visit the vanilla and fruit plantations that are located on the island as well. Bora Bora’s jungle conceals four sets of cannons from World War II and rusted ammunition bunkers. Tahiti offers interior lava tubes, water holes that are ideal for swimming and steep valleys. There are many things to see and experience through the jungle tours.

Pearl shops are not hard to find here, and there is a pearl farm in which you can visit to see how the pearls are created and understand the complicated art. The Tahitian black pearl, which is an exotic pearl, is available along with other colors to include green, blue, pink, silver and yellow.
